Key Details:
In 2013 the car was mechanically stripped and completely rebuilt with all new genuine Audi parts at a cost of GBP30,000
Bodywork:
Remove engine, gearbox, diffs and drive chain. Thoroughly cleaned engine bay and under car. Undersealed. Supply and fit new scuttle panel. Paint scuttle and sunroof. Fit new rubber bungs. New front windscreen and rubber seal.
Engine:
Removed and rebuilt. Replace all ancillaries - Water Pump. Starter Motor. All sensors. New Turbo. Replaced exhaust manifold. New bonnet cable.
Gearbox:
New clutch and thrust bearing.
Power Steering:
Repaired and replace all power steering pipes, brake servo and brake master cylinder. Power steering pump replaced.
Fuel System:
Replaced fuel pump, filter and all pipes to engine bay. Overhaul metering head. New injectors.
Suspension:
New lowered springs and shock absorbers. New top mounts, wheel bearings, replaced all bushes.
Gear change:
Replace all bushes etc.
Brakes:
New rear callipers, discs and pads.
Diffs:
Replaced oil seals.
Mounting:
Fit new engine, gearbox, diffs and fuel pump mountings as supplied.
Engine Management:
Motec M84 racing ECU with all new map sensors.
Interior:
New front seat belts. Replaced indicators. Repaired air vents. Replaced heater fan. Replaced all lights in centre console. Oil temp and battery charge replaced. New glove box fittings.
Other:
New Horn. Offside Door Mirror Glass. New aluminium racing radiator. New battery. New rear seat. Headlights rewired. Indicator seals replaced. New wiper motors. New peddles.
